Ignite films is a website that grew from a previously made web site CrazyCamping.com. Crazy Camping was really just a snap shot of what Ignite Films is all about and was really quite old, it had been up since 1998, and really had not changed one little bit. Ignite Films Version 1.0 (see screenshot on left) was then created in 2002 and although was much better the Crazy camping it was missing a touch of something, I tried pepper but that just jammed my keyboard. That is why you now have www.ignitefilms.com, Ignite Films version 2.0, now the site not only includes a section for Crazy Camping but it now has everything else that we do and have done over the years. We are taking Ignite Films a bit more seriously than we did Crazy Camping and Ignite films version 1.0, thus the most recent site upgrade, and my current lack of swearing and misspelling.

Ignite Films is not looking to cater to any real audience but our own, it just seems that more people enjoy our stupidity and creativity than we thought, and that is why we want to share. We are not looking to make any profit with this site, BUT if it comes along great we now know that we won’t be paying for “beverages” tonight.

I am a firm believer in value added, so we have added a few more features to the site than version 1.0 and here they are;

We now have a message board for the site called The Rant. We welcome all of you to sign up, post whore, and give us ideas for what you might want to see next up from the Ignite Films Crew, tell us the site sucks or that it rocks, either way let us know we want to know, dammit pay attention to us! We have also added voting features for each movie that we have posted on the board so please cast your vote and let us know what you like and what you hate. The intent here is to let you influence the content of the site, if you think its crap tell us and we will change it! We will be adding Ignite Films Gear to purchase at a reasonable price, and other junk and stuff that I’m sure any momma would be proud of.

We also know that keeping the content of the site current and fresh is really important, it’s only so cool for so long when nothing changes, and we will be working to make sure site content is a little more current than 6 years old!
